Holmen Skog is investing in mechanical planting and is looking for someone who wants to contribute to a sustainable value chain – from seed to wooden house.

We are now seeking a seasonal plant operator who will work with the planting machine Plantmax during the bare ground season and be part of a machine team of five people. Plantmax is a machine that both prepares the ground and plants new forests simultaneously. Your main tasks will include plant handling, transportation of plants, planting with Plantmax, and self-monitoring. The work area is within Hälsingland/Härjedalen.

An important part of the job is to understand the end customer's needs and to have close collaboration with the work team and other Holmen colleagues.

Your Future Challenge

We are looking for someone who enjoys collaborating with others and being part of a team working towards common goals. Taking responsibility for your own tasks and achieving good quality in your work is a given for you. You are interested in new technology, development issues, and see opportunities in change.

We believe that you who are applying have a high school education. You are comfortable using new technology and IT systems, and can assemble and repair both production equipment and vehicles.

Experience in forestry work, especially planting, is an advantage. We will place great emphasis on your personal qualities.

A driving license (B) is required.

A BE driving license is an advantage.
